In the summer of 2007, we produced our first feature film, Bottle Shock, based loosely on the events leading up to and surrounding the infamous 1976 wine tasting in Paris where California wines beat the French. Bottle Shock was filmed on location in Sonoma and Napa in August 2007, premiered at Sundance in January 2008, opened in theatres in August 2008, and is now out on DVD.
